Sugar-Free Banana Bread Pudding

This recipe is really simple that it takes no more than 10 minutes preparation time. This recipe yields a small banana bread pudding (the diameter of my baking dish measures only about 5 inch, with a 2 inch height).

2 eggs
250 ml milk
1 tablespoon butter
2 piece sandwich bread, cut into bite size
1 large banana, cut into bite-size
A dash of cinnamon powder

Grease ramekin/ oven-safe dish with some butter. Place bread and banana in dish. Whisk milk, eggs, butter, and cinnamon powder together until well combined. Pour mixture into dish to coat bread and banana. Bake at 180oC for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Enjoy! :D
